Where is our service available?
Million Dollar Pastries delivers world-wide, however we currently accept online orders within the United States only. We accept international orders at the following number: (877) 577-CAKE (2253). Orders shipped internationally and to Hawaii and Alaska require additional shipping charges. For perishable items, we cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect address or PO Box.

How do we ship and deliver?
We currently offer five different shipping methods detailed below; however, not every method is available for every product. Multiple orders are not bulked together; they are billed and shipped separately. Therefore, all packages may not arrive at the same time. ORDERS PLACED AFTER NOON (PST) WILL BE SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.

SHIPPING
Standard - Packages are sent to arrive in three to five business days. PO Boxes, Rural Routes, and Military addresses are shipped Priority mail, which takes 3-5 business days as well.

Next Day - Orders placed prior to noon PST will arrive the following business day by 4:30pm if they are being delivered to a business or 7:30pm to a residence.

HAND DELIVERY (available only in the Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside County areas of California)
Delivery - Local couriers hand deliver the products to recipients between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. A specific time for delivery cannot be specified. Million Dollar Pastries cannot do "same-day" hand deliveries outside the Orange, Los Angeles and Riverside counties. If you need to place an order for hand delivery on Saturday, please call 1-877-577-CAKE (rush charges will apply).

Saturday - Packages are sent out on Friday for Saturday. There is an additional charge for this service. Please call 1-877-577-CAKE to place orders for Saturday delivery as we do not accept Saturday orders via the web. NOTE: All areas are not available for Saturday shipping, please call us to verify.

When do we ship?
All items are shipped on the date specified. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed which are to be shipped or delivered during the month of December will have the following restrictions:
